Do you have a showroom for me to try on your accessories?
We're online only so don’t have a physical showroom for you to try pieces on. Our studio is based in Worcestershire, you are welcome to visit, please contact Samantha at firstname.lastname@example.org or 07968200962 to arrange an appointment.

Can I order samples to try on?
We understand that it is helpful to try on a variety of pieces (especially if your fitting/trial or wedding date is imminent and you have yet to make a decision on accessories!). For this reason we are happy to supply sample items to try, these deigns will have been show samples or been used in photo shoots, so please excuse any slight damage, they are intended purely as a guide.
As we generally only have one sample of each style, we respectfully ask that you limit any single request for the same type of item to 3 items only - for example, 3 headpieces. A refundable deposit of 50% of the design/s chosen will be required prior to shipping of the samples.

Where are Isobel Hind designs made?
All pieces are designed and handmade by Samantha in her studio in the UK.
Can I have a bespoke design?
All accessories are hand made to order, so if you see a design that you love, but would like it in a different colour, or size then we will be able to accommodate you, and there is an additional charge for colours we do not stock. Bracelets and necklaces are all made to measure. Please see more details on our Bespoke page.
Do you make pieces in gold or silver?
Most accessories are also available in gold or sterling silver by arrangement. All our findings are Gold Filled unless otherwise stated.
Aside from the studio and website, where else can I find Isobel Hind Designs?
We have a few stockist's that sell our accessories. Please contact them individually for information about pieces currently in stock.
All items are made to a standard size. We are happy to create pieces to your own personal measurements at no extra charge to ensure a perfect fit. To measure your personal jewellery size, use a length of ribbon and adjust around your head, upon your neck or wrist to the preferred length. Using a tape measure, calculate the length of ribbon used in centimetres. Alternatively measure your favourite necklace or bracelet and forward these details, along with details of your order, to Isobel Hind. Placing an order & Delivery
How do I place an order?
You can order via our online shop, or by sending a direct email to email@example.com or by phone on 07968 200 962.
How long will my bridal order take to arrive?
All bridal pieces are handcrafted to order and prioritised by order of wedding date. If you require your accessories in less than 4 weeks, or at very short notice, please contact Samantha directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
How long will my occasional accessories order take to arrive?
We hold a limited stock of the Deco designs only, otherwise all designs are handmade to order and we usually require 3-4 weeks for completion, sometimes longer if requesting specialist colours.
When designs are complete they are all sent via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery within the UK.
Once your order is due to be dispatched, we will send an email to you to notify you that your order is on its way.
I have a last minute, urgent order request. Will there still be enough time?
In most circumstances we will be able to accommodate you. Please contact us directly to place your order and discuss delivery date required. There may be a rush order charge applicable.
How much is delivery?
Next day delivery is free for orders £100 and over and £4.95 for orders under £100 within the UK, please see exceptions below:.

Do you deliver to outside of the UK?
Absolutely! we deliver worldwide. Order online and select your destination for shipping charges. You may be required to pay customs charges once your parcel arrives at it's country of destination.
Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, you can have your order delivered to another address. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company/organisation in the address field. Please also note that all our orders will need a signature on delivery.
Who do you use for delivery?
We normally use Royal Mail for our deliveries, but do, on occasion, use other delivery services/couriers.
Do deliveries require a signature?
To ensure the security of your order, a signature is required when a delivery is made. If there's no one to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, Royal Mail (or other delivery service) will leave a card for you to arrange collection or redelivery.
Will my pieces come gift wrapped?
All Isobel Hind designs arrive beautifully packaged in our signature boxes.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and PayPal. Sorry currently we cannot accept payment over the phone, if you would like to pay via bank transfer please contact us on email@example.com
Do I need an account to place an order online?
No, you are not required to set up an account on our website to place an order.
What happens if I notice that my personal details are incorrect after I have completed the ordering process?
If you realise your personal details are incorrect once you have completed the ordering process please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or 07968 200 962, ensuring you provide your order number in the subject heading and we will try our best to amend your order.
My payment method was not accepted, but I know that have funds in my account. Can you please help?

Can I amend my order after it's been placed?
In most cases, we will be able to amend the order, but if the order's already been processed, then this may not be possible. Please call or email us in the first instance, and we'll try our best to help firstname.lastname@example.org
I placed an order but did not receive an email confirmation.
Please check your junk and spam folders; this is the most common reason for not receiving emails. We recommend you add our email address email@example.com to your address book to ensure you receive all future emails from us. If you’re still having trouble locating your emails, please get in touch with us on 07968 200 962.
I put something in my shopping bag, why is it no longer there?
After a certain period, shopping bags are emptied. Please re-add items to your shopping bag.
